At Sunburst RPG, we want you to feel legendary in your gear. If your apparel doesn't fit your character perfectly, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Quest

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Loot

Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached.

Cast the Shipping Spell

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

Claim Your Reward

Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
